About Kathleen G!na
Born in 1949, Gina started running at an early age when she ran away from home and she has been running ever since. Gina started tracking her miles in 1978 and got addicted to road racing in 1990. Gina brings an extensive background in health care and fitness to her running programs, and adds a creative edge to her programs. She brings the experience of training long and hard to her runners. Gina's background has enabled runners to break through their barriers to achieve the optimal level of fitness. Coach G!na, a licensed Registered Nurse and Certified Adult Running Coach, did not earn her right to train runners by "sitting on the porch".
